LT-910

ULTRA PRECISE CONSTANT TEMPERATURE VISCOSITY BATH LT 910 0….+150°С ±0,01°С

Ultra precise bath LT 910 is designed for kinematic viscosity determinations with glass capillary viscometers according to ASTM D445, IP 71 and related specifications. Microprocessor PID thermo-regulator assures precise temperature control with the tolerance as low as ±0.02°С throughout the whole operating range. It sets and monitors temperature, service parameters, thermo-sensor calibration data, performs control of the heater, troubles diagnostic and low liquid level cut-out. Transparent baths accommodates three glass capillary viscometers of various types which can be easily mounted on the top of the unit with a universal holder. A draining tap, installed in the bottom of the baths, makes its refilling very simple.

Features and benefits:

  • Intelligent control system LOIP-ICS automatically adjusts PID-control parameters according to the fluid properties and eliminates influence of mains oscillations and ambient temperature instability
  • A high performance motorized stirrer ensures temperature uniformity throughout the baths
  • In case of malfunction (e.g. due to low fluid level) auto-testing system stops the instrument, gives visual and acoustical alarm and displays the causes
  • High precision temperature sensor Pt-100
  • Very accurate three-point calibration of temperature readings
  • Built-in cooling coil, when connected to tap water or a recirculating chiller, permits operation at ambient or below ambient temperatures
